Burn a blame
Write what happened and burn it in the censer. The words never leave your browser; the room only learns that a confession was burned. Blameless, with a flame.
Scheduled maintenance
The ops team is already praying. Light some incense, make an offering, and the rack will hum again shortly.

How a vigil works
Name it after what is down, or let the rack name it. It is ready in one click, with no account and nothing to install.
It unfurls in Slack, Teams or Discord with who is praying and how long you have been down. Everyone who opens it kneels at the same altar.
Incense, bowl, bows, offerings and prayers, live. When the servers return, press They’re back: the shrine files the vigil and hands you the card to post.

An omikuji for engineers: five levels from Great blessing to Great curse, with a line about the deploy, the night on call and plain luck. One per vigil.
Three or more people bowing within four seconds earn the room a peal of bells and bonus karma. The shrine counts it, so nobody can fake it alone.
Needs a teamEvery vigil survived hangs a paper lantern above the altar. Karma grows the shrine itself: a torii gate, a lucky cat on the table, a golden censer.
